A concerto album from Stephen Hough is always a significant event and for this recording Stephen travelled to Norway to join forces with Andrew Litton and the Bergen Philharmonic. Performances are exciting and magisterial, Stephen's breathtaking virtuosity being harnessed to poetic refinement and finesse hallmarks that have already helped his concerto recordings to win two Gramophone 'Record of the Year' awards.
